Move care into your subscribers’ pockets.
A branded Subscriber App that pays the bill, runs a real speed test, opens a ticket and gives honest outage visibility — routing 40% of the calls your care team never has to take.
Consumer-facing operators looking to cut call volume and lift CSAT.
Most of what a subscriber calls to ask, the app already knows. Their current plan. Their next invoice. Whether their fibre is up. Whether there is an outage in their street. Whether their payment cleared.
The Subscriber App surfaces all of it, in the operator’s brand, with a chat box that opens against the AI first. Common questions resolve without ever touching a queue; the rest hand off to a human with the full context attached.
For the ops team, the same app is a signal source: real speed tests against your edge, honest device telemetry, and satisfaction scores that reach management before they reach a regulator.
Self-service is where an ISP earns or loses its customer-experience reputation. Every call the care team does not receive is a call the subscriber did not have to make. Every payment the subscriber makes in-app without help is a payment that landed on time without a reminder SMS.
The Netxol Subscriber App is designed as the primary self-service surface. Balance, plan, invoice, payment (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Mastercard / Visa), speed test against your own edge, ticket open with pre-attached diagnostic — everything the subscriber typically calls about is one tap away. See /products/apps/subscriber for the full app story.
The AI Engine drafts responses to common questions inside the app before a human care agent ever sees the ticket. When it cannot resolve — because it needs authorisation for something risky — it hands the ticket over with the full context attached. Care agents open one console; the subscriber sees continuity.
For the payment side specifically, see /blog/jazzcash-easypaisa-for-isps for how Netxol operates the aggregation layer so subscribers can pay with any supported method from day one.
Four moves.
Ship the Subscriber App
iOS and Android, in your brand, published under your accounts.
Move payments into it
Bills, plan changes and top-ups — one tap, local gateways.
Honest speed and health
A real test against your own edge — no anonymous third-party CDN.
AI answers first
The AI Engine handles common questions; humans handle the rest.
Turn on AI-drafted first response
Common questions get answered before a human agent sees the ticket.
Turn on in-app payments
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Mastercard, Visa — Netxol operates aggregation on your behalf.
Everything you get with this playbook.
Operators already running this play.
Questions we get on the first call.
How long does it take to go live?
Small deployments complete in under a week from unboxing the Core to first paying subscriber; larger rollouts scoped in weeks not months.
Do we need to change our existing hardware?
No. NOS ships adapters for every mainstream OLT and router. You keep the gear you own; we replace the tooling above it.
What happens to our data?
Everything stays on your Core appliance by default. Backups go to your object store of choice. No subscriber data leaves your rack unless you turn on an opt-in telemetry channel.
Can we migrate from another platform?
Yes — we run a scoped migration project with matching data mappings and cut-over windows. Standard editions include the first migration.
Other stories in this shape.
Most of what a NOC does at 3 a.m. is small, boring and repeatable. NOS is built to notice those patterns, act on them safely, and keep humans in the loop for anything that isn’t routine.
ReadOutcomeDispatch, route and close jobs from one screen — with GPS, signal tests and stock reconciliation built in. The Field Engineer App is the phone-side of NOS.
